We are pleased to present our multipurpose harrow “SPIDARO” .

Specially designed to defibrate your straws , while scratching your floors to allow better decomposition. It has a wide choice of options available to gain versatility and efficiency.

Its use up to 18 km/h makes it the ideal tool for semi-direct work!

Economical and requiring little power, the straw harrow has regained its reputation in recent years, with the desire to reduce the use of phytosanitary products and fuel consumed per hectare.

A trend which is reflected in the arrival on the market of our latest addition : the SPIDARO; broken down into 6.15 meters of work (SPO 615H) and 8 meters of work (SPO 800H) .

This tool is based on 3 sections, for good ground tracking , and is armed with 120 double comb teeth (16 mm in diameter) distributed over 5 rows, for effective passage every 6 cm. This involves breaking up the straw and accelerating its decomposition by creating micro-infiltration to a maximum depth of 30 mm. It also involves destroying any stocks of nematode eggs by exposing them to the sun.

Scratching the ground on the first centimeters of land also helps to level, chop and accelerate the decomposition of crop residues and germinate weeds, with the advantage of closing the mouse galleries.

The aggressiveness adjustment is hydraulic, with an optional position indicator, allowing you to fine-tune the work from the cabin.

Aware that the faster the device goes, the greater the wear on the combs. Our teeth recharged by Carbilam allow much faster work, ranging from 15 to 25 km/h. Therefore our working range is between 12 and 20 km/h, with a maximum flow of 11 to 12 hectares per hour with good stability.

Several options allow you to gain versatility and efficiency, including:

  • A distribution head kit for front hopper and even an integrated hopper with doser.
  • Independent adjustment of rows 4 and 5, useful for refining, leveling and distributing residues if there are many.
  • Carbide loaded teeth; a signaling kit with lighting.
  • A rear roller hitch with two double-acting distributors.
